RESIDENCE PODERE SAN GIUSEPPE : TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Signing of rental contract.

2. The rental price is to pay as follows:
50% of the whole price, as a deposit, on signing the rental contract;
the remaining sum, when the keys are handed over.

3. Over and above the established price there is a sum of 130 euros to be paid as a deposit, which will be given back at the end of the rental period net of damage to the apartment. The apartment must be left in the condition it was found at the beginning of the stay.

4. The cleaning of the kitchenette, and everything contained in the kitchenette (sink, crockery, containers, bins etc.) must be carried out by the guest.

5. Any other services are excluded and will be agreed and paid in loco on arrival at the complex.

6. In the case of cancellation of booking the penalties to pay will be the following: 25% of the sum paid as deposit from 59 to 30 days before the rental period, the total deposit from 29 days to 10 days before the rental period, 100% of the whole price of the rental after these dates, excluding the sum of 25% calculated on the sum paid as deposit.
