TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rent, including final cleaning, electricity / water / gas, bed / bath / pool towels, air conditioning, TV with Sky Hotel for children from June to September, microwave, access to the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, use barbecue, use of local spreading and laundry facilities, use of the dining area, use of games for children, use of the gym. Parking: N º 1 car parking space per apartment in underground garage.

2. The bill will be paid as follows:
- 50% of the entire stay at time of booking confirmation and the signing of the lease, a deposit of penance;
- The rest of the balance at the time of delivery of the keys.

3. In addition to the fees set you will have to pay the sum of € 150.00
(one hundred and fifty/00) a security deposit in cash or by credit card and will be returned on departure less any damage to the apartment. The apartment must be returned in the condition in which it was at the residence.

4. The cleaning of the kitchen, the kitchen area (sink, crockery, cans, garbage, etc..) Is charged to the customer otherwise will be charged € 25.00.

5. Any other services are excluded and will be agreed and paid for separately.

6. In case of cancellation of booking by paying the penalty will be as follows: 25% of the amount paid as a deposit penitential from 59 to 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount paid as a deposit penitential 29 to 10 days before the stay, 100% of the 'full amount after such terms. It is understood that the apartment was leased again under the same conditions as those described above, we will refund 100% of the total amount due for the entire stay, excluding, however, the penalty of 25% calculated on the amount paid to penitential deposit.
